Since I’m over 50, with a family history of prostate cancer and colon polyps, I try to stay up on these 2 health issues. In particular I make sure that I have regularly scheduled colon and prostate exams, as unpleasant as they may be. What about you? If you’re not, I strongly encourage you to schedule them now. Early detection is the key, so don’t wait.
On the prostate cancer detection front, I came across this news video this morning and wanted to share. Need to know info. Please watch.
